At the 3E Center, our mission is to empower and support all students and their families with unique needs, namely 3E: exceptional gifts and talents, exceptional learning needs, and exceptional cultural and linguistic backgrounds. We are a team of diverse professionals dedicated to empowering students and families, bridging the gap between families and schools, fostering collaborations, and affirming diversity to help each child to access equitable education and reach their potential.
Our comprehensive services are designed to support families and children who have unique learning challenges, including those with disabilities, gifted students, students at risk of being bullied or experiencing social oppression, and those facing cultural or linguistic barriers. Together, we champion the unique strengths and needs of every child and the assets of their families and communities to build a more inclusive and equitable educational landscape.
Our Story
Welcome to 3E Center where we understand education from all perspectives – as professionals, as parents, and most importantly, as individuals who have walked the same journey you are embarking on.
We began our journey as a collective of seasoned school professionals - teachers, school psychologists, counselors, and administrators, and above all, we are parents. Having experienced the ups and downs of the educational landscape both professionally and personally, we felt a compelling need to use our insights to create a service that truly catered to the individual needs of every child, especially those who have unique learning profiles.
Being at the heart of the educational system, we have seen firsthand how complex and, at times, overwhelming it can be to navigate. We have encountered the challenges, faced the confusions, and grappled with the uncertainty. And it’s precisely this intimate understanding that fuels our passion to support parents and children.
Recognizing that no one should have to tackle these challenges alone, we launched our service to be the support system, the guide, and the companion you need on this journey. Our vision is to create an environment where every child feels understood, valued, and encouraged in their educational journey, and where no parent feels isolated or overwhelmed. We believe in the potential of every child and strive to help them achieve the highest standard of education they deserve.
