One-on-One Coaching & Therapy
At the 3E Center, we are committed to providing comprehensive and personalized support to children and their families. Our one-on-one services range from coaching to therapy, catering to the specific needs of each child.
Emotional Growth Coaching
For children facing subclinical issues such as excessive video gaming, social media usage, navigating first-time dating, peer group conflicts, school bullying, self-esteem issues, lack of motivation, and family conflicts, we offer individual coaching. This involves providing emotional support and practical strategies to help children navigate these challenges. Our goal is to foster resilience, confidence, and a positive approach to overcoming life's obstacles.
we first initiate a conversation with parents to gain a deep understanding of the worries and challenges within the family. Then, we arrange weekly discussion sessions with the child to help them recognize and deal with these issues. Our goal is to create a safe and stress-free environment where children can freely express their feelings and thoughts.
Individual Therapy
If your child is exhibiting signs of mental health problems or has been diagnosed with a mental illness, our individual therapy service is the appropriate avenue for support. Our therapists employ evidence-based methods to address the child's specific mental health needs, fostering improved well-being and functional outcomes.
Please note that individual therapy services are only available for residents of the state of New Jersey.
We currently do not accept insurance. However, we will provide a superbill to be submitted to insurance companies for reimbursement depending on the specifics of your insurance plan.
Psychological Evaluation
We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to discern whether your child's struggles are part of typical development or indicative of more significant issues.
Our psychological evaluations are conducted by experienced psychologists who specialize in child and adolescent mental health. These assessments involve a detailed evaluation of your child's emotional and behavioral functioning. We employ a range of evidence-based tools and methods, including interviews, observations, and standardized tests, to gain a holistic understanding of your child's psychological well-being.
The goal of our assessments is not only to diagnose potential mental health disorders, if present, but also to identify your child's strengths and areas of difficulty. The results can help guide treatment plans, inform school-based interventions, or simply provide you with a clearer understanding of your child's mental health status.
