About Us

A multidisciplinary team built around the child in front of us.

3E Center was founded to bridge the gap between families and schools. Doctorate-trained psychologists, BCBAs, school psychologists, and counselors work side by side so parents do not have to navigate the system alone.

Our promise

Three Es, behind every decision we make.

EDUCATIONAL

Schools that work for the child in front of us.

We translate the school system for parents and translate parents for the system. Evaluations, IEP coaching, and direct school collaboration are how we keep that promise concrete.

EMOTIONAL

Care for the whole child.

Anxiety, attention, mood, and social struggles do not arrive separately. Therapy, group classes, and parent coaching are designed to meet families where they are — in language they actually use.

EMPOWERING

Families who can navigate without us, eventually.

A good outcome for us is the day a family does not need us anymore. We measure progress that way — and we tell you when you are there.

Meet the Team

Our services are provided by a multidisciplinary team of professionals with expertise in education, special education, school administration, teacher education, developmental psychology, and clinical and school psychology.

How we work

What we commit to

  • Plain language

No jargon hides behind no jargon. Reports, meetings, and recommendations in the language you actually use at home.

  • We diagnose when the data does

We do not diagnose to fit expectations, and we do not avoid a diagnosis that is real.

  • We talk to schools

With your consent, we work directly with teachers, counselors, and CSTs to make plans actually work.

  • We say "not us" when it is not us

If we are not the right fit, we tell you, and we hand you to someone who is.

Start with a call. See if we are a fit.
