IEP / 504 Plan Parent Coaching
Hands-on coaching for parents navigating IEP and 504 plans — from requesting an evaluation to negotiating goals, services, and placement. We translate the system, prep you for meetings, and stay in your corner.
How IEP coaching works
School systems are not designed to make sense to parents. Acronyms multiply, deadlines move, and the people across the table know the rules better than you do. We coach you through it — strategically, calmly, and in plain language.
A coach reviews your child’s evaluation and current plan, identifies what is missing or under-specified, prepares you for the next CST or annual-review meeting, and (when invited) attends the meeting alongside you. Most families work with us for 3–6 months around a major decision.
What to expect
- 01
Document review
Send us the IEP, evaluations, and any recent emails. We mark it up and identify priorities.
- 02
Strategy call
A 60-minute video call to align on what to ask for, what to compromise on, and what to flag.
- 03
Meeting prep
A short pre-meeting brief so you walk in with a plan instead of reacting in real time.
- 04
Follow through
After-action notes, draft email replies, and the next two months of check-ins.

FAQ
Don’t see your question? Reach out — we reply within one business day.
Can you attend my IEP meeting?
Yes — by video, and in person for clients in NJ. We participate as a parent advocate, not as legal counsel.
Are you attorneys?
No. Our coaches are educators and psychologists. If a case escalates to due process, we will refer you to qualified attorneys we trust.
Do you only help with public schools?
No — we also coach families through private school 504 plans, ISP-style services, and out-of-district placement decisions.
